How can I return an item?
We strive to keep our customers happy with purchases but in the event that you are unsatisfied, we are happy to assist. If your item(s) was purchased online or by phone, please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a return authorization and more information.
Please be aware all customer specific customized products are non-refundable.
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact our Customer Service team and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost. We do apologize, but all items purchased from the Free To Be Me store must be returned to our store. Any items purchased online or by phone may be returned by contacting our Customer Service team.
