Free To Be Me... Accepts the following major credit cards online or in store: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover or checks. You may also pay for your order in store or mail order a by cashiers check or money order payable to Free To be Be... (please note that all funds must be in US dollars) Please not that all personal check orders will be held for 7 additional days until check has cleared and a $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
Shipments:
Most shipments are made via UPS ground. Please note UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes, so please write in your street address for shipping (failure to write in a street address may cause a delay on our order on mail in orders). Over night deliveries are available for in-stock items. Please call for quote on shipping charges. The online order system has shipping charges built in after order is made. Rush orders, APO's, FPO's, and international shipments are subject to a service fee.
Damage:
Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility and claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you.
Return Policy:
Please be aware that all sale are FINAL and ARE NOT subject to return. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. There are exceptions to this rule and any inquiries must be made within 5 days of your purchase or from the date you receive your order. If you are returning a package please use an insured and pre-paid method (we recommend UPS or FEDEX). Include your packing slip (or note with your invoice number) and your reason for return. sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Gifts may be exchanged within 5 days (as long as they are unopened and in the original form when they left the store) NO CASH REFUNDS

Custom Baskets:
There is a 5-item minimum for custom design baskets that are purchased by mail order. Custom baskets ordered in the store require at least 72 hours. Please not, custom baskets ordered add a 3 day turnaround time. (WE ARE CLOSED ON TUESDAYS)
Gift Notes:
Please include your note on a separate sheet of paper or give it to the operator when you call (15 word limit)
Custom Blend Policy:
Please be aware that if you choose to create your own special blends; you must be specific in how much fragrance percentage you want to mix in a bottle. we will mix 1/2 and 1/2 if you are not specific. Also, any special creative special blend must be in a $10.00 bottle or greater.
