Peppermint ( Menthe piperita): Cooling, relieves pain, easess muscle aches, pain and cramps, decongestant, emmenagogue, expectorant, lowers fever, is an insecticide and stimulant. Avoid during pregnancy. Good for travel sickness, vomiting. diarthea, constipation, colic, nausea and to keep drivers alert while on the road. Use in tubs for the relief of muscle pain, lumbage, bruises, joint pain and insect bites. At 1% is good for easing itching or irritation.
